The project is due to the work of the Teachers Club at Al-Azhar University, as the university is one of the pioneers of real estate development in the Egyptian real estate market, and they are always keen to choose designs for residential projects accurately, thanks to Dr. Ahmed Fouad Sabry, one of the well-known engineering consultants.
And their previous works, such as the establishment of the student city affiliated to Al-Azhar University in Nasr City and Ain Shams, the Dream Village in the northern coast, the Al-Zohour resort in Ain Sukhna, and the establishment of a coastal project affiliated with Al-Azhar in Marsa Matruh.
