Al Hokair Group has launched Marakez to be its real estate branch in Egypt, starting with Mall of Arabia in December 2010 in Cairo, which was a huge success that met the expectations of the company.

The company gained a good reputation quickly and started working on the second phase in Mall of Arabia, as well as a number of other commercial centers, and now they are developing in another destinations in New Cairo.
