It is an Egyptian joint stock company in the field of real estate development in the Fifth Settlement and New Cairo. The company is considered one of the largest real estate investment companies in the Fifth Settlement because it owns more than 50 projects in New Cairo, especially Beit Al Watan, the Fifth Settlement.

It fully owns all its projects and contracts are signed through a company (the sole owner of the land and the project) without the presence of intermediaries with all the legal papers, and the company sometimes relies on other real estate companies in the Fifth Settlement to market its projects without any modification or change in prices.
